Setting up your Capzool account

Start by connecting your profiles
Capzool lets you post directly to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Nothing EVER gets posted without your permission.
 
  • Click ‘my profile/clients’ from the drop-down menu in the top right-hand side of your screen
  • Click ‘social profiles’ under the business name
  • Click ‘+connect new profile’
  • Select the social media platform you wish to post to
  • Allow full access to Capzool (you must grant access for all authorization requests)
  • Repeat as necessary for your different social profiles

 
Add business information for auto fill
Capzool brands your business information automatically into the posts that have a call-to-action with your business email, address, phone number, etc.
  • Click ‘my profile/clients’ from the drop-down menu in the top right-hand side of your screen
  • Click the business name you wish to edit
  • Enter all information & links you wish to be branded into future posts
  • Click ‘save’

 

Search & Request Posts

Search for posts
Use the simple but powerful search engine to find relevant posts to use on your social media profiles.
  • Click the search box on the home page or in the header. Search any keyword, idea, topic, industry, anything you can think of
  • Browse between the pages to find a post you like
  • Click ‘USE’ once you find the right post

 
Download posts to your computer
Save posts and use them on ANY platform.
  • From the edit post screen, click the save icon underneath the copy box.
  • Select “Save Image” to save just the image, or select “Save Zip” to save both the image and copy as a zipfile. 

 
Post Request
Receive new posts from the Creators Community tailored to your specifications at no extra cost.
 
  • Click the ‘hotel bell’ icon in your header
  • Type in anything related to the posts you are looking for in the request box. Be as specific as you want or need.
  • Click ‘Request’
Check back in 24 hours for your new posts 
 
Favorite a post
Save any post you like to your favorites folder to view later.
  • In the post preview or edit post screen, click the ‘heart’ icon.
  • To access your favorites folder to view all your favorited posts, click the ‘heart’ icon in your header

Publishing & scheduling tools

Publish a post
Post directly to your social media accounts through Capzool.
 
  • In the box underneath the verbiage of the post, select all the social media accounts you have linked to your profile you wish the post to go out to. 
  • Click “POST NOW”

 
Schedule a post
Spend time now to get all your social media posts scheduled out for the future. There is no limit on how far ahead you can post.
 
  • Once you are at the edit post screen, click the social profiles you wish to schedule a post for
  • Click the calendar icon above the social profiles
  • Select a date and time (in PST) and click schedule. 

 
Create your own post
Use Capzool to create, schedule and post an unlimited amount of your own images and copy to your social accounts.
  • In the calendar, hover your mouse above the date you wish the post to go out on. 
  • Click the + sign that appears
  • Click ‘add your own image’ and upload the desired image
  • Add optional filters from under the image
  • Fill in the copy box with what you want the post to say
  • Select the time and profiles you want the post to go out to
  • Click ‘Schedule’

 
Edit/Cancel a scheduled post
Delete or modify any pending post you have scheduled.
  • In your calendar, click the post you wish to edit/delete
  • To delete the post, click the trash can
  • To edit the post, click the pencil icon
  • From the edit post screen, make any modifications you need and click ‘save’

 
How to use filters?
Capzool provides optional filters to adjust any image.
  • In the edit post screen, filters and examples are under the image
  • Click through them to find the one you like

 

Recommendation Calendar™

Recommendation calendar
Find out exactly what to post and on what days to post them.
  • Click the calendar icon in your header
  • Click a topic on any day of the calendar
  • Browse posts related to that topic/day

 
Sharing your calendar
Allow clients and team members to view your calendar and give feedback and options to accept or decline any scheduled post. 
  • Click the calendar icon in your header
  • Click “share your calendar” just beneath the header
  • Enter the name & email of the person you wish to share with and click ‘add’
  • To temporarily remove access to someone, click the ‘no access’ symbol beside their email address
  • To permanently remove access to someone, click the X beside their email address (doing so removes all feedback that user gave to the calendar)

 

Media Agencies FAQ

Type a keyword into the search box at the home screen and... voila!.

Click USE>> then you have 2 options:

  1. Choose a social media platform you want to post on, then either tap ‘POST NOW’ or tap the calendar to pick a date/time you want it scheduled to, then click on ‘SCHEDULE’.
  2. To download the image, copy the text to your clipboard, or download both as a zipfile - click the ‘save’ icon (located under the caption box). Feel free to edit the post any way you want and post it directly to any of your client’s social media accounts.

Click the ‘Business’ menu in the top header, second to the right. From there click the +New button, enter your client’s information then click ‘GET STARTED’. From there, you will be directed to connect their social media accounts. 

On the top right-hand side of your screen, click ‘My Clients’. From there, click the client you want to edit on the left-hand side, then go to ‘Social Profiles’. Click ‘Connect a new profile’ and choose the social network you want to connect. It will now redirect you to connect Capzool to post on the account or pages that you manage. It may ask you to login first to your social media account before you can proceed. Make sure to click “okay” on all the screens. It’s very important to make sure you connect the right social profiles to the right client. 

Click the calendar icon at the top right of your screen. This shows you a monthly schedule of your posts within the days on the calendar and what platforms and clients they are being posted to.

Once you are on the calendar page, click the business menu in the header - second from the right. From there, click the client you want from the menu that drops down. 

All special days, events, and holidays are marked on your calendar. Simply click the holiday title and you will be given a variety of posts to choose from relating to that day.

You can edit or delete any future post right from your calendar by clicking on the desired post and using the ‘edit’ or ‘delete’ buttons.

Click the heart icon within a post (located under the caption box) to save it as a favorite. Your favorites folder is accessed by clicking the heart icon located at the top of your screen.

Click ‘My Account’ on the top right of your screen to make any necessary changes.

Click ‘My Clients’ in the top right-hand side of your screen. Here, you will be able to edit each of your client’s information, including the address, phone number and social media addresses that the posts will link to.

The name of the client you are logged in with will appear in the header - the second menu-box from the right. 

Simply click the business menu in the header - second to the right and click the client you wish to use. 

Click the bell icon at the top right of your screen. Type in the kind of posts you need and hit ‘SUBMIT’. Check back in 24 hours for your new posts.

Good marketing is when you add value to your audience and not just selling/advertising yourself. Alternate between different type of posts: funny, informative, stats, facts, and promotional. Keep an eye out for all the special days and holidays.
